                           GENERAL PARTY PROCEDURES AND POLICIES

 

 

 Birthday parties for children are held on Sundays only at 10:00, 11:30, 1:00, 2:30, and 4:00.  They consist

 of 45 minutes of activity in the gym with the instructors and 30 minutes for your party—a total of 1 hour

 and 15 minutes.  The charge is $15.00 per child with a minimum of 12 children (minimum $180.00).  NOTE:

 NO credit cards accepted.  There is no maximum number of children.  Children must be at least 4 years old

 to celebrate their party at Arena, and any guests must be at least 3.  Any 3 year olds who are not in our pro-

 gram must have an adult with them in the gym. 

 

 A non-refundable deposit of $50.00, made payable to Arena Gymnastics, is due within one week of booking a

 party.  After this time we reserve the right to cancel your party and rebook your time.  We do not like to do

 this, so if you have made a reservation and change your mind for any reason, please notify us as soon as

 possible.

 

 The instructors take full charge of the activity period.  All children must be in play clothes—preferably leotards,                                          

 shorts and t-shirts, or sweats—NO jeans, overalls, or dresses please.  This is for the safety of the individuals

 involved, as well as for the protection of the equipment.  Shoes and socks must be removed and left in the

 cubbies in the waiting room area.  Any adults who will be inside the gym must also remove their shoes. The

 ONLY adults who should be in the gym are those accompanying a 3 year old not in our regular program

 and/or the parents of the birthday child.  NO ADULTS are allowed on any of the equipment, including the

 trampolines.

 

 No one will be allowed in the gym until it is time for your party to begin.  The instructors will come and get you

 from the waiting room.  The children will go with them and you will have as much of the 45 minute activity

 period as you need to prepare your tables and decorate as you wish in the party area.  We provide and set

 up the chairs and tables for the number of children you tell us, and you bring in everything else.  At the

 conclusion of the activity, the children will come to you for refreshments, etc..  It is up to you to supervise

 them during this time.  Once the activity period is over, NO ONE is allowed back in the gym area.  You must

 be prepared to leave the Arena promptly at the end of your party time.  Be as considerate of the party

 following yours as you want those preceding you to be of you.  You should not arrive more than 5 minutes

 prior to your party to give the staff time to properly clean up from the party before you.

 

 Gratuities are NOT included in the cost of the party and would be appreciated if you are pleased with your

 party and the children have a good time.  Thank you.
